BRENDO AND LISA

Rev. Brendo and Sis. Lisa Medina pioneered the ROL work in 1996 as they heard the voice of the Lord in starting a Bible study in Lasang, Davao City.

As the Lord has designed His church to be for His glory, ROL grew in its ministries and in numbers, in  24 years.

Sola Scriptura (Scriptures Alone) is one guiding principle that our Senior Pastors hold onto as they make plans and decisions in life and in ministry. They believe that as the Scripture is God-breathed, it is the most concrete way that God would talk to His people. Without God’s Covenant Word revealed, no new move shall be undertaken.

This is also the same teaching that Pastor Brendo and Sis Lisa dearly instruct the church as they have seen God’s wonderful ways of working as they followed His revealed Word.

Our pastors have also been given the opportunity by the Lord to engage in the marketplace as businessmen for sixteen years now and as startup farmers, in preparation for retirement.

Pastor Brendo holds a Masters degree in Divinity from Koinonia Theological Seminary, Bachelor of Theology from Halls of Life Bible College, and Bachelor of Music from Davao Bible College. Sis Lisa is a Haggai Leader, trained in Maui, Hawaii; a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Ateneo de Davao University, and Standard Ministerial Course from Halls of Life Bible College.
